I find the following on-line

Then there is this from Florida
Highway Patrol website -- a statement titled "A
Special Reminder To Drivers Everywhere."
It may be good to print this and carry it with you to share with those
drivers who do not understand that the cyclists belong on the pavement just
like any other vehicle, unless specifically prohibited.
