Articles, Stories, and Other Resources
Since the war in my homeland began in 1991 I collected numerous
articles from a variety of sources and have written many including a series of
newsletters. I will try to share some of those with you here in hope that they
help you add something useful to your understanding of the world in which we live.
Let's start with a series of eight issues of a newsletter which I published in the
Summer of 1992, the time I was utterly frustrated with the situation back home.
We have just gone through a horror of war in Croatia and now -- Bosnia.
The Serbs unleashed full force of destruction onto this beautiful land and its
people. I remembered my many friends and relatives who lived in Sarajevo.
I felt helpless and decided to do the minimum I could at the time -- publish this newsletter.
The reason I stopped publishing the newsletter was because I left the country to go to

And then I went to my homeland a week later, saw my mother and at first unsaccessfuly attempted to rescue Mira
from Sarajevo. Perhaps I will write about that too—I kept a diary.
